1 watermelon
chunks of recent fruit (corresponding to grapes, strawberries or kiwi)
Puree watermelon and pour into ice pop molds.
Drop in chunks of recent fruit, insert caps and place in freezer.
Serve when frozen.
Watermelon Salad with Feta and Mint

1/4 cup lemon French dressing
4 cups cubed watermelon
1/2 English cucumber, lower into 1/4-inch half moons
1/2 small crimson onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons recent mint, roughly chopped
Drizzle French dressing in backside of enormous canning jar. Layer with watermelon, cucumber, crimson onion, feta and mint.
Cowl tightly with lid and shake to mix. Maintain refrigerated till able to serve.
Substitution: Use Greek dressing instead of lemon French dressing.
