The Basketball Tournament continues with the highly anticipated quarterfinal round this weekend, as eight teams battle to punch their ticket to the semifinals on July 31.

The eight remaining teams are AfterShocks (Wichita State alum), Best Virginia (West Virginia alum), Shell Shock (Maryland alum), Eberlein Drive, Sideline Cancer, Fail Harder, We Are D3 and Heartfire.

Two games will take place on Sunday, with the two remaining games being played on Monday.

This is what to look out for within the quarterfinals.

Fail Tougher vs. We Are D3 (7 p.m. ET Sunday on FS1)

Fail Tougher brings a set of expertise from all around the nation, led by high-scoring level guard Darius Adams, who’s averaging 21.3 factors per recreation within the event. Fail Tougher made it to the quarterfinals after taking down reigning TBT champion Carmen’s Crew (Ohio State alum) within the third spherical on Tuesday, 68-62.

On the opposite aspect, We Are D3 is averaging 77.3 factors per recreation, the Twentieth-best mark within the event amongst all groups, and its discipline objective share (38.7%) is the bottom of the remaining groups. The group is led by guard Ty Nichols, who’s placing up 24.7 factors per contest within the event. We Are D3 superior after a hard-fought 76–68 victory over Stars of Storrs (UConn alum) within the third spherical.

Aftershocks vs. Heartfire (9 p.m. ET Sunday on FS1)

Aftershocks superior after narrowly taking down Ceaselessly Coogs (Houston alum), 66-63, within the third spherical. Heading into the quarterfinals, AfterShocks is averaging 75.0 factors per recreation, tied for the Twenty sixth-best mark within the event amongst all groups, whereas its discipline objective share (43.3%) is the second-lowest of the remaining groups. Former Pitt standout Nick Sibande leads the crew in scoring with 16 factors per recreation, whereas Marcus Keene, who performed at Central Michigan, is placing up 11.7 factors per contest.

Heartfire received a dramatic 71-68 win over JHX Hoops to punch their ticket to the quarterfinals; Marcus Corridor scored a game-high 16 factors, Tevin Mack poured in one other 14 factors and Eric Griffin added 12 factors and eight rebounds within the win. Heartfire is averaging 80.0 factors per recreation, the Tenth-best mark within the event amongst all groups, and is taking pictures 46.5% from the sphere, the 18th-best mark within the event.

Greatest Virginia vs. Shell Shock (6 p.m. ET Monday on FS1)

Greatest Virginia took care of enterprise towards Elite Nation to advance, 79-68. Heading into the quarterfinals, Greatest Virginia is averaging 77.7 factors per recreation, the Nineteenth-best mark within the event amongst all groups, and its discipline objective share (43.5%) is the fourth-highest of the remaining groups. The crew is led by former South Carolina standout James Reece V, who’s placing up 21.7 factors per recreation.

On the opposite aspect, Shell Shock is at present averaging 74.7 factors per recreation, the Twenty eighth-best mark within the event amongst all groups, and its discipline objective share (43.4%) is tied for the fifth-highest of the remaining groups. Shell Shock pulled out a 68-62 victory over NXT Period Elite within the third spherical. Shell Shock is led by former Terrapin stars Diamond Stone, LG Gill and Darryl Morsell.

Eberlein Drive vs Sideline Most cancers (8 p.m. ET Monday on FS2)

Eberlein Drive surprised top-seeded La Familia (Kentucky alum) within the third spherical, 71-70, to advance. The crew is led by former Arizona standout Gabe York and former Iowa star Anthony Clemmons, who hit the game-winning 3-pointer to guide Elam Ending to the victory towards La Familia.

Jermaine Marrow, who’s Hampton’s all-time main scorer, paces Sideline Most cancers with 17 factors per contest, whereas Alonzo Verge Jr. is averaging 14.3 factors per recreation.
