Regular Season MVP 2025-26
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Thunder: -1000
What to know: SGA is second in the NBA in scoring (31.5), and his Thunder have the best record in the NBA. He is also in the midst of a remarkable streak of 130 consecutive 20-point games, the most in NBA history. The Thunder are also on a 10-game win streak. The award is SGA’s to lose.
Luka Dončić, Lakers: +1500
What to know: Dončić has soared up the board in recent weeks, as the Lakers have won eight in a row, and he is leading the NBA in scoring (33.4). In his last five outings, Dončić has scored 60, 40, 36, 30 and 51. He is also averaging 7.9 rebounds and 8.4 assists.
Victor Wembanyama, Spurs: +2500
What to know: The Spurs are a force to be reckoned with behind their star center, having won nine of 10 and 20 of their last 22. They have the second-best record in the West and are within arm’s length of SGA and OKC, trailing by just three games. Wemby leads the NBA in blocks per game and is the favorite to win Defensive Player of the Year.
Nikola Jokić, Nuggets: +3500
What to know: After missing 16 games due to injury, Jokić has played 22 straight games for the Nuggets. However, Denver is just 10-22 in those contests. Jokić recently passed Oscar Robertson for the second-most triple-doubles in NBA history. He’s looking to become the first player in NBA history to top the league in assists and rebounds per game in a single season, two categories he currently leads.
