OpenAI is increasing its footprint to Germany. According to a press release issued Friday, the ChatGPT maker plans to open an workplace in Munich within the coming months.
“Germany is famend for its technical experience, educational excellence, and industrial innovation,” OpenAI CEO Sam Altman stated in a press release. “Opening our first workplace in Germany means we will help much more folks, companies, and establishments profit from AI’s prospects.”
Per the press launch, OpenAI has been discussing opening a German satellite tv for pc workplace with German officers since 2023. In Europe, Germany has the best variety of customers, paying subscribers, and API builders constructing on OpenAI’s know-how, in response to the startup.
